Seranndipity Store Policies
PAYMENTS
We accept credit card and debit card payments (as well as express payments such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and/or Link when available and applicable) via Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

SALES TAX
Seranndipity is a registered business in the state of Pennsylvania, United States, and holds a valid Pennsylvania Retail Sales Tax License. We are required to collect state and/or local sales tax, as is applicable, on all taxable products and/or services with a Pennsylvania destination/delivery address.
DELIVERY
Most items at Seranndipity are print-on-demand items and will take 4-8 days for fulfillment prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary based on delivery location. As we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, orders are typically fulfilled by and shipped from the facility nearest you for maximum efficiency.
At this time, Seranndipity only sells and ships within the United States. Delivery estimate (once your order has shipped) within the United States is 3-4 business days.
If/when we add international shipping in the future, additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. Any such fees are beyond our control and are assessed by the customer’s local customs office. As these policies vary widely for every country, please check with your local customs office directly to see whether they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
ORDER / SHIPPING TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order does not arrive by its estimated/expected delivery date please be so kind as to help by:
- Checking your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Asking your local post office if they have your package.
- Checking with neighbors in case the package was left with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package isn’t being held at the post office or by a neighbor, please contact us with your order number and any other related details.
If there was a mistake in the shipping address, Seranndipity can send out a replacement order but you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
ORDER ERRORS AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order contains the incorrect item(s) or if any of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include your order number and any other related details. Photos of the incorrect and/or damaged product(s) will be requested and are required in order to process your claim.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the print-on-demand and customized/personalized nature of most of our products Seranndipity does not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order please contact us, otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only offered (at our discretion) to customers that have received incorrect and/or damaged item(s). If any of these apply, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Photos of the incorrect and/or damaged item(s) will be requested and are required in order to process your claim.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, Seranndipity does not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the sizing charts provided in the product description section of the item’s store listing prior to ordering.
On very rare occasions it is possible that an item may be mislabeled. If so, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and be sure to include your order number. Photos of the mislabeled item will be requested and are required in order to process your claim. A replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.
